Ryan Lochte Moves Past Protest With The Muppets Theme On Dancing With The Stars

Ryan Lochte

Ryan Lochte said that he is an Olympian and has never quit. He came out to perform a dance to The Muppet Show on Dancing with the Stars. Ryan wore a green outfit to serve as Kermit while his partner dressed as Miss Piggy. Julianne Hough loved the concept but saw so many mistakes. She said that Ryan needs to work on his posture and frame.

Bruno Tonioli loved the characters and seeing him have fun. He said that Ryan had the posture of Fozzy Bear. Bruno said keep the positive attitude as they only judge on the dancing. Carrie Ann Inaba liked the energy and really liked seeing him in it. She said work on the back.

Ryan scored a 24.

Social Media Reactions To Dancing With The Stars

Ryan Lochte has become a transcendent figure in the Olympic world. He is a four-time Olympia and a 12-time Olympic medalist. His seven individual Olympic medals are second all-time in Men’s Swimming, and he is the current world record holder in the 200 individual medley. Ryan has been named both American and World Swimmer of the Year twice in his career (2010 & 2011) and has a total of 70 medals in major international competition, including 45 first place finishes.

“Dancing With the Stars” veterans Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews return for the 23rd season of the competition, which is full of drama, glitz and glamour. A panel of ballroom experts — composed of Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, Carrie Ann Inaba and Julianne Hough — is on hand to dispense expert opinions, but the fans are the ones responsible for determining who makes the cut each week.
